Hy-Lo Hotel

I had a great stay at this location. It smelled great and was very clean and modern. The young curly-haired man at the front desk was awesome and attentive, and he gave me a gift when I checked out. Sending them blessings and praying for much success for this establishment. The Thomas's Rm 315.

I enjoyed my short stay at Hy-lo hotel. The decor was very nice, and it was a great experience. The food was finger-licking good. Call to reserve a room and ask whether you can get a better deal. I liked this hotel more than the one across the road, which I won’t name.

I GOT KICKED OUT OF THE HOTEL AFTER I LEFT THIS REVIEW. DO NOT STAY HERE, THESE MEN ARE NOT SAFE. The front desk guy was super freakin rude. When I walked in, he didn’t greet me, just asked what I needed and said he needed my card and ID. Then he told me that since I’m local, I couldn’t have anyone in my room. No visitors, and if he found out someone came in, he’d have me kicked out. I asked if my fiancé could visit and was told it could only be him, not his kids. What kind of threat is that? How about saying, “Hi ma’am, how are you, how can I help you?” Or explaining, “We don’t allow outside guests because of safety reasons,” or whatever the reason is. I was a paying guest and didn’t deserve to be talked to like trash. He asked if I had animals. I said I had two service dogs, and he asked what service they provide. I was caught off guard because I don’t get asked that. I said they’re for my anxiety, and he said he had to charge me $50 because they don’t accept those kinds of service animals. Maybe teach employees to respect paying guests, even locals. There was no WiFi, barely any parking, and the bathroom was dirty with hardly any toilet paper. Save your money and book at the Quality Inn, where it’s cheaper and the staff are so nice!

The room had plenty of space, and the king bed and pillows were comfortable. It was well furnished and very clean, with hot water right away and two TVs. The hard laminate flooring means there’s a bit of an echo, though. There’s a small gym, guest breakfast, an elevator, and easy access to Choctaw casino. The bath towels were the main letdown, they’re small and pretty thin. I booked through Priceline and paid less than the desk price. Still recommend staying here.
