Pam at the front desk was the one bright spot. She’s kind, professional, and clearly doing her best in a badly neglected property. The rest of my stay was unacceptable. The mattress was so hard I’d have been better off on the ground in a tent. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, and the online photos are very misleading. Wi-Fi kept dropping, and when it worked, the speed was unusable. Netflix didn’t work on the TV, so we were stuck with basic channels. The ice machine was disgusting and so unsanitary it should have had a biohazard warning. These rooms feel like rundown motels people try to avoid. If you don’t care about cleanliness or comfort, maybe it’ll do. If you value maintenance or honest advertising, stay somewhere else. It feels like ownership puts profit ahead of people, upkeep, and the guest experience.

Clean, well located, and family friendly, with good customer service. I had zero bugs, and the bed was a little hard, but I don’t mind that. I hear hard beds are good for your back. Thanks, Quality Inn Calhoun GA. It’s on my list for business trips, too.

The location was handy, right off 75, but the room was horrible. The toilet paper holder had come off the wall and was lying on the floor, and the chair was completely torn up. I didn’t feel safe there at all. If we hadn’t already driven 10 hours that day, we would have left. My advice is to keep driving.

We’re traveling home, so being right off the highway was perfect. Pam, I think that was her name, was amazing when she helped fix a booking error that was my fault. She made the whole thing much less stressful, and the customer service was impeccable.
