The Olympic-sized pool is a rare find and worth the admission, which comes with the hotel stay. I came for a getaway and left feeling refreshed. The staff were attentive and tried to make things comfortable. One small drawback: I had a view room next to the stairs, and it was pretty loud. For some peace and quiet, you have to wait until everyone’s finished going to their rooms.

Indian Springs has been part of some of the most meaningful moments in my life. I first came for my babymoon, floating in the incredible 99-degree, geyser-fed mineral pool with my son still in my belly. The next time, he’d just been born and was practically baptized in that pool. By our third trip, he was one year old and finally floating outside my belly on his own. Most recently, my husband and I snuck away for our first kid-free night together in three years. The place has held every version of us. The pool alone is worth a visit. There’s nothing like its warmth, minerals, and sheer size. It resets your whole body and soul. The people are what keep me coming back. Staff are consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. On my latest visit I had an uncomfortable experience at the store. When I told the front desk how it made me feel, they handled it right away, professionally, thoughtfully, and with real care. They made me feel valued, not just like a guest. That response is rare and means everything. Indian Springs is a true gem. I tell everyone I know about it and can’t wait to see it expand. If you want a wellness reset in the Bay Area, this is the place.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Everything was amazing. Luxury at its finest, I can’t say enough about this place and would recommend it to everyone.

Update, Christopher, I want to respond to your reply. You offered me a room after I said I had a magazine and wanted to visit, and that I’d heard great things about you. When Ken called back, he wanted to charge me $600 for being there from 12 to 3. I told him we couldn’t stay in a room because we were traveling from far away and only wanted to check out the hot springs as part of a hospitality review. I was fine paying double for the passes, which the girl said were $50. I offered $100 per person, but he said no. She told me only two were available for Tuesday, so basically we were SOL. What you wrote back isn’t how it happened, but okay. As I said, I left you a message, Christopher. Hope to hear from you. I called to get a day pass for me and my two girlfriends. They’re independently owned. I was told there was no manager, and that we couldn’t use the hot springs unless we booked three appointments, which weren’t available at the same time, or booked two king rooms at $600 each just to use the pool for the day. I even offered to buy one room, but they said it had to accommodate all three of us, so I would have to buy two. I asked to speak to a manager right away. A girl, Sophia, said there was no manager and that it was independently owned. I own three businesses in Rohnert Park, and this isn’t how you run a business. It felt very cutthroat, and I don’t recommend going. I’ll update my review to say whether a manager or owner calls. I’d heard the hot springs were nice, so it’s sad that nobody can use them without following XYNZ, which costs over $1000.

The grounds were lovely and well kept, and complimentary bikes were a nice extra. I originally picked the hotel for its Olympic-sized mineral pool, and it lived up to expectations. Soaking in it in cold weather was a highlight of our family trip. The room, though, didn’t quite meet what I’d pictured for the price. It lacked the space and luxury I expected.
