White Water

Armando saved the day by helping me out, upgrading my room, and getting me in at the last second. The staff also went out of their way to help make our trip special. I proposed during the stay, and this hotel made it feel romantic. It's beautiful against the central coast scenery, and the location is amazing. The room was great value for what I paid, with an awesome room, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, a fireplace, and a relaxing outdoor soaking tub. For Moonstone Beach, if you want a cozy, peaceful, romantic hotel with good value, stay here. I'd recommend it 10/10.

Everyone working at White Water made me feel like I was right where I belonged, and I really appreciated my conversations with them. I'll see you all again soon. The architecture is thoughtfully designed, with every window looking out onto the beach like a painting. The interior design is top notch too. I noticed the same sophistication at Common Thread Hotels' Prospect Hollywood Hotel, where I stayed as well. Just wow.

The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, though I'd add a few savory choices like bread, butter, or cheese. The style and branding feel both polished and relaxing, with careful attention to details in the décor and amenities. I had an excellent stay, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me one of the best nights' sleep I've had in a hotel. I'd definitely stay again.

The location is great, the lobby is beautiful, and the staff were great. But given the price, I was very disappointed with our room. I stayed the weekend after Christmas, when it was expensive. I had Room 12. It was basic, with no closet or anywhere to hang clothes, no luggage stand, and no tables or dresser. Our things ended up scattered on the floor, and there was nowhere to eat or set down a drink. Other rooms may be nicer, but ours was disappointing.
