Deer Creek Motel

We were very happy with our stay in room 312. It was clean and bug free, tucked away from normal traffic, and convenient for a small BBQ and chair setup near our door. With the manager or owner's approval, the motel allowed our dogs and a couple of weekly stays, which we really appreciate since I travel for business. The cleaning staff were friendly and kind, and brought laundry supplies and toiletries when we asked. The front desk lady was accommodating and firm about the property rules, as she should be. There's absolutely nothing bad I can say. Thanks to everyone for the kind hospitality. We'd definitely stay again, and you can look for us to come back. All around five stars!

I really wanted to like my stay. The woman who checked me in was super friendly and welcoming, and at first the room seemed okay. But the floor flexed and bounced under my feet, the light above the sink and vanity didn't work, and the curtains didn't cover the window enough to offer even a hint of privacy. It's a pity, because paying guests should be able to expect comfort and privacy.

We were exhausted from traveling and stuck it out for a few hours of sleep, but I wasn't impressed. The check-in area was nice, the front desk guy was kind, and the place was quiet. The bed was clean, which I checked and rechecked. Still, the room needed a lot of work: the floors clearly hadn't been vacuumed, there was a wet rag hanging in the shower, and the floors felt really weak. The price was the only decent thing about it. Next time we'll spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Even arriving late straight off the road, we were impressed. The staff were amazing, friendly, and brought such positive energy. The area felt quiet and safe, and the spacious rooms were beautiful and completely clean. Inside, we had a microwave, fridge, blow dryer, iron, and more. The rates are unbelievably low and well worth it. It feels like the place cares about people, not just making a quick buck. It's clean, close to restaurants and stores, and I truly recommend it. I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in the area. Thanks to the owner for caring for others. This place is amazing, top of the five star ratings!
