I spend about 1/3 of my year in hotels for work, and this one is easily my favorite. It’s a small place with the convenience of a large hotel, without the inconveniences, and the care and details of a boutique hotel. The rooms are always spotless, quiet, and equipped with everything needed. Staff are extraordinary, friendly, and helpful. The location is ideal, central and close to local transportation, and there are never any surprises, which I really appreciate. The restaurants are outstanding, and I look forward to staying and eating here even with MANY other options nearby. I love this hotel. Everything about it is perfect!

We had room service from Althea to finish off a great night, and the food was incredible. 10/10, no notes. My room was very clean and spacious, and check-in was easy. The front desk staff were friendly and ready to help. My stay was absolutely wonderful.

The downstairs restaurant served yummy brunch, and we had a lovely stay at the Lark Hotel in Cambridge. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and nearby happenings. Our room was well kept, with clean, comfortable, fragrance-free bedding. It had a chic but relaxed feel, just right for a couple. Thanks for a nice stay!

The staff were great, and it’s a beautiful hotel. The first room had a high-pitched refrigerator noise and was shoebox-sized, but they moved us without any trouble. The sheets didn’t fit the King bed, so I woke up on the plastic pad twice. For the room price, the amenities felt lacking: plastic cups, four kinds of coffee with no descriptions, and just one bathrobe.

Couldn’t be happier with my two-night stay. The rooms were amazing and very clean, and the service was 100%. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in the area and send all my colleagues here too.
