Windsor at Cambridge Park by Global Luxury Suites

The location is convenient, but I wouldn’t recommend moving to 160 Cambridgepark Drive for the amenities or management. There’s no clear communication or roadmap for meaningful improvements, and residents aren’t asked for feedback in any meaningful way. The owners don’t invest in the property at a level that justifies the rent, which keeps going up. When I moved in, in September 2022, the building and on-site staff seemed to care about the property, amenities, and community. That care has faded over the years. The former team, Jordan, Ted, and Miranda, really cared, and you can feel the difference now. Resident events still happen, but some are badly planned, like children’s events during the school day. Engagement feels like a checkbox instead of something planned around residents. I’m not saying the new staff don’t care, but the owners definitely DO NOT, and that affects the whole experience of living here. The amenities were a major selling point, but many have been neglected since 2022. The outdoor furniture is filthy and worn, and the clubhouse couches have peeling leather and visible burns, so the spaces feel unpleasant. The gym hasn’t had equipment upgrades in years, while comparable buildings at this rent offer modern equipment like Pelotons. The BBQs are broken, the clubhouse fireplace has never worked since I moved in, and staff didn’t know when I reported it because nobody checks it. The outdoor fire pit has been “under repair” for over a year. The touchscreen lighting and movie theater controls are broken and ignored, the theater has no streaming services, and the yoga studio still has an old DVD player, which feels unreasonable in 2026 given the rent. Fire alarms used to go off frequently, though that’s now resolved. Elevators have repeatedly broken down, sometimes staying out of service for weeks.
