Western Motel of Camilla

The carpet smelled and was dirty, the towels had lots of stains, and the whole room was very dirty with a terrible odor. The woman working there was rude. I booked online, but she got upset and said I couldn't do that, then told me to pack up and leave. Do not book this hotel.

Wedding weekend at my sister's house had turned into total chaos, with people everywhere and nowhere for my niece and me to sleep or get some peace. We hit the road looking for a quiet place. The first motel didn't answer, the second looked closed, and at the third the lights were low, but someone picked up. Thank goodness she did. She was such a sweet Southern soul and made us feel at ease, asking if we needed more towels, coffee, or anything else. The room was clean, cozy, and calm. We spent two peaceful nights there, almost like we'd found our own little protective spell circle. There was just enough witchy magic to make it feel like home. Thank you from our wild little hearts. Five stars and a moonbeam blessing.

Great room, and the lady at the front desk was super nice.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The front desk lady was nice, though I had to pay six bucks to switch to a non-smoking room. It also had a full-size ironing board and iron, plus a blow dryer. What we really needed was a small fridge and microwave. The carpet could use replacing. I would recommend the place.
