We arrived at the last minute after losing power, during the blizzard, and couldn't be more satisfied with the stay. Julia at the front desk was a real professional, with customer service like no other. She made us feel welcome and comfortable, stayed personable, and made sure my family had what we needed. On a busy night she was the only agent at the desk, yet handled deliveries and the phone like a pro too. The property was clean and beautiful, our room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. We can't thank her enough for such an amazing stay.

The hotel was clean, well kept, and welcoming. The bartender was amazing, and the other staff I met were friendly and on point. I especially want to recognize Niecy at the front desk of the Garden Inn by Hilton. From arrival, her professionalism, patience, and genuine care stood out. She went above and beyond to make things smooth and my stay more comfortable and stress-free. The whole team deserves recognition for how they treat guests, and I hope management knows how valuable they are. Outstanding customer service all around.

The staff were great when the first night went badly because someone in the next room was snoring like a mo fo. They moved me to another room, and I can't thank them enough. It's close to the office, and I was there for the week. Clean place, good bar area and food. I'd stay again. Beware the hockey families, lol. They need to watch their kids and drink a bit less.

I was here for five weeks recovering from surgery, and a long stay in a stressful situation teaches you a lot about a hotel. I've traveled all my life, stayed in hundreds of rooms around the world over 50 years, and nowhere at any price or location have I received this kind of care. This isn't the fanciest hotel, and it's simply what it is, but the hospitality was sincere and came from the entire staff. They greeted me at breakfast and brought food to my table when it was too difficult for me to get it myself. It felt like family. You don't expect to hear that about a Hilton, and this hotel isn't set up or looking for long-stay guests. I'm incredibly grateful and touched by how caring and understanding everyone was. That kind of care doesn't fit into a room price or star rating.

After 14 hours without power or heat during the blizzard, it was heartwarming to be met with such warm hospitality. These folks did an AMAZING job. I can't remember her name, but please thank the kind front desk hospitality professional for her wonderful service that evening, Monday 2/23/26, the one we'll all remember. I'll be back next storm, fingers crossed 🤞🤣 Bryan
