I booked the wrong date while traveling and was stopping halfway to TN because I have a toddler. The hotel staff said they had no rooms at all and didn't even ask what kind we needed, though the website showed three rooms with two queen beds. After reading the other reviews, I'm honestly not even mad. They did us a favor. We went to the Hampton down the street instead, and the rooms were perfect, with what looked like a remodel and super comfy beds. Thanks to the Holiday Inn staff for helping us dodge a bullet 😆

Room #109 had a huge dip in the middle of the bed, so we kept rolling into it and I had to sleep on the edge. The topper had holes too. What exactly did I pay for? At breakfast, the drink machine was broken and the tables and seats hadn't been cleaned after people used them. The walls are really thin as well. I come to Canton once a year and have stayed here many times, but I doubt I'll ever come back. Just disappointing all around.

The room was fairly clean, though it felt old and tired. When I called ahead, I was incorrectly told they were pet friendly. They honored what I'd been told and let me stay with my pup, even though they aren't pet friendly.

We were in town for a family reunion, and staying here was convenient and affordable. Everyone at guest service and the manager of housekeeping were quick to sort out any issues. The service was amazing, and they made our stay pleasant. This will be our place whenever we visit. Thank you!

We stayed four nights and enjoyed the clean pool every day. A few family members came to swim with us too. The staff, pool, breakfast, and bedding all had that trademark Holiday Inn Express feel. The staff were the cleanest, friendliest, and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks for the great hospitality.
