The room smelled like smoke as soon as we entered, even though we'd booked a non-smoking one, so I told the desk clerk in case we got blamed for it. We were exhausted, ordered pizza, and went to bed. In the morning we found crayon and other nasty stuff on the walls, a burn on the blanket, hair dye on the pillowcase, and food between the bed and wall. The bathroom was worse: yellow residue on the shower wall near the ceiling, and what looked like poop on the wall beside the toilet, behind the sink. I showed the clerk pictures and explained, but he said he couldn't help until the manager came at 8:30. When I called at 8:40, I was told she wouldn't be in until Monday. We're leaving for a cruise and won't have service, and they had no answer. I asked them to leave her a note, but I'm not sure they will. Worst stay and service!

The first floor room was clean, and my first night was decent apart from the WiFi not working, even after I called about it. The next day I got two rooms upstairs, in what seemed like the older section. Both bathrooms smelled of cigarettes. One TV only showed black and white, the other room's remote didn't work, and there was debris under the heating and cooling unit. It's affordable and pet friendly, which is why I'm giving it two stars, but those second floor rooms were a real disappointment. The sign says the rooms are newly renovated, so I guess that only applies to the first floor.

We just needed a place to rest during our drive, but the room was filthy. Sticky black gunk covered the floors, and every piece of furniture had holes. It reeked of smoke, and the AC wasn't strong enough to clear the smell. Then I went into the bathroom and discovered I wasn't the only living thing in the room. This hotel is a joke. Keep driving or spend more for somewhere nicer. Don't stay here!

I want a refund. The first room was disgusting, with used towels, feces in the toilet, and a broken door lock. We asked to move and were charged $16, but the next room was in rough shape too. When I turned on the faucet, it came off the vanity into my hand. I also left my bag at the hotel. They told me it wasn't there, so we drove back and found the bag missing, with a few of its things scattered where it had been. Another guest said it had been there just moments before we arrived. The front desk clerk said he couldn't do anything and we'd have to wait for the manager the next day.
