I’ve stayed here several times, and the staff have taken great care of me from start to finish. I’m here for a longer stay now, and the owners have been patient, understanding, polite, and kind in every interaction. I’ve never had dirty sheets, maintenance trouble, or even a burned out light bulb. I have epilepsy and was recently hospitalized after having a seizure while staying here. When I returned late at night, the owners came to check on me and ask if I was okay or needed anything. That kind of care and decency is rare. Daily room service is top notch, and they handle requests professionally and quickly. They’ve also been willing to work with me on affordable discounted rates for a long stay. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, whether on vacation or just passing through for a night, Pinecrest Motor Lodge is my favorite and the one I recommend most.

I couldn't stay here. At the front counter, I saw a TV showing live camera footage of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Then I noticed the rusted stairs and black mold on the doors. That was enough for me.

Ankur and his family are what make this the best motel I’ve stayed in. They’ve always been wonderful, and I’ve never had a problem with any of the rooms. I’ll stay with them whenever I’m in Holly Springs to visit. It’s a motor lodge, so there’s no pool, and the laundry is across the street rather than on site. The location is convenient too, right by 575, a super Walmart, and the post office, all within walking distance.

It’s peaceful and quiet here, and the owners are down to earth people who really care. The hospitality was excellent. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation.

The location is handy since it’s the only place close to my family, but the condition is truly disgusting. It looks like a dog was locked in the bathroom by a previous guest, and instead of replacing the siding they just painted over it. That gives you the idea. With an investor willing to strip it down and start over, they could have a gold mind here. I wish I could recommend a nice family-run inn around HS/Canton, but I can’t. Bring a tarp and your own blanket and pillows.
