South Winds Motel

It was easy to keep an eye on the kids thanks to the hotel’s layout, and we still had room to relax. The staff were kind and patient, the rooms stayed clean, and the hotel was much quieter than we expected. Restaurants and shops are nearby, with the beach a short walk away. For the quality and convenience, the price felt very reasonable. We had a great family stay and would come back.

We had a great time at South Winds and would happily stay again. Our one-bedroom suite worked really well for our family of four, with plenty of space, a couch, storage, two TVs, and a small kitchenette. It was very clean when we arrived. The beach is just across the street, so the walk is quick, and the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

We’d gladly return and recommend this hotel for a family of five. We knew before booking that there wasn’t a pool, and that’s the one thing that would have made the vacation feel perfect. The Heritage does have a pool guests can use, but having to drive there isn’t like stepping out of your room, and that pool is very small.

First visit, and we loved it. The apartment room was roomy, with cute, relaxing decor, and the place was very clean and quiet. We’ll be back every year.
