The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to handle requests. We’ve stayed three years in a row, with groups of different sizes, from 25 up to 35 people. It’s an amazing place.

The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and the grounds were very well kept. It’s in a great spot right on the waterway. We had an amazing four days with 25 family members. If we can ever get all 25 together again, we’ll definitely stay here. Have fun!

We were a group of eight couples, and this mansion made for a magical stay. There are so many spaces to enjoy, and everything was immaculate, tastefully decorated and in mint condition. The upper-floor bedrooms are separated by two huge laundry areas, which gives them privacy. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with good mattresses and plenty of pillows. Bathrooms are large, each with two sinks and more than ten towels in different sizes. There’s also a full pool bathroom, loads of beach towels, and plenty of glassware for wine, champagne, cocktails, beer and more. We used the pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, ping pong table, TV and media room, plus the fishing, paddling and kayaking equipment. The new golf cart seats six. There’s central audio throughout the house, so you can connect to Sonos, and separate thermostats for different areas. The kitchen was ready for gourmet cooking, with everything from basic bowls to coffee makers, blenders, food processors, hand beaters, slow cookers and huge pans. It has two dishwashers and two fridges, and even food spices are provided. Nothing was lacking. The only tip I’d give visitors is to bring eye masks, since the bedrooms are very light. We’ll definitely return. Great service and amenities!

The chef recommended to us was amazing, as were the boating excursions, dolphin and manatee sightings, and the sunsets and sunrises. Capitva Island is an amazing destination, and Sea Oats estate may truly be the most beautiful and well-appointed place on the island. This was one of the most amazing rental homes and experiences I’ve ever had.

We loved how close and easy the beach access was, whether we took the golf cart or went without it. The SUPs, kayaks, tennis rackets, pickleball gear and other sports equipment gave us and our vacationing friends lots of fun, memorable moments. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, with lovely decor, well-kept rooms and everything we could possibly need. They even supplied basics like paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. Communication with the concierge and house manager was terrific. A wonderful five-star place, and we’d like to return.
