We accidentally left a personal item behind, and when we stayed at the Fairfield Inn again on our way home more than a week later, they'd kept it aside for us. Excellent service, with a special shout-out to Kiersten. It was a smart stop on our long trip, especially since room availability was tight. The room was clean, and the staff were personable and accommodating.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. My king room was a good size, clean, and well appointed, and the bathroom was just as nice. There was a pool and gym on site. I didn't use either, but they looked clean and well kept.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. After we'd left, they called to let us know we'd forgotten something in the room and that it would be waiting at the desk. Great folks!

Jacob made our stay memorable from the moment we checked in. He was friendly, kind, and consistently upbeat, and our room was spacious and beautiful. Thanks to him, the whole visit was really enjoyable.

There was no hot water, and the HVAC was so noisy and shaky that its grill fell off. On top of that, I booked through someone who presented themselves as hotel staff, only to learn later it was Expedia, which charged another $78 for the room. The General Mgr said nothing could be done about the "bait and switch" tactics, and I got no reward points or stay credit because of the arrangement.
