My wife and I stayed for a day and were put in two different rooms. In the first, the fridge was sitting in the middle of the room and leaking water everywhere. When I lifted it to put it back, a dead cockroach fell out. Both rooms had cockroaches. They called an exterminator, who said there were 14 under the fridge. The people working there were rude, insensitive, and not helpful. I'd stay far away.

After killing and getting rid of two cockroaches, the room still needed basic repairs, including work on damaged walls. When I told the manager and front desk clerk I had a dog, this supposedly pet-friendly place charged a cash fee, with no card option. I asked about an ATM and a nearby place to eat, and got “Maybe across the street” both times. They had first said they had my reservation but no room, and were less than welcoming, speaking in what I think was Gujarati. We finally got a poorly maintained room after convincing them I promised not to stay more than one night. We made do without even checking under the sheets until 4 a.m. We'll never return.

The AC and heat worked perfectly, the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Internet was good, and breakfast was included too. For about half what other places charge, it's hard to beat the value.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything worked. We found it relatively inexpensive and plan to stay again when we're in the area, which is about every other month. Getting the room was a bit of a mix-up: we were assigned room 126, but the key wouldn't open it after about five tries. Then someone inside knocked because the room had already been given to them. The front desk gave us another room. The internet was also acting up that day, but no harm done. I felt bad for whoever was in 126, probably thinking someone was trying to break in.

There’s a pool for kids, though no baby pool, and laundry is available on site. Animals are welcome for a small fee, and there are weekly rates. Housekeeping won't wake you early, and there’s cable and a continental breakfast. It’s mainly a place to sleep, with a busy high-traffic area nearby and 81 close enough to keep it from being very quiet.
