I've stayed at many hotels, and the staff at Larkspur Landing Hotel really stood out. Good staff means good customer service, and it was nice meeting such kind people. Not everybody is nice, so I wanted to show my appreciation and say thanks. #HASHTAG 5Stars

The elevator isn't working, but I was able to book two first-floor rooms without any trouble. Breakfast had plenty of options, though no eggs, which is just my personal preference. The location was very quiet, and the staff were EXTREMELY pleasant and courteous. I'll definitely return when I need a place to stay.

We stay here whenever we visit family because the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Star is amazing, always positive, professional, and helpful. She deserves a raise.

We came for the 25 Carlisle Corvette show, and I love this hotel. They had a box of clean towels for guests to use on their cars, a personal touch we really appreciated. The rooms are nice and comfortable, nothing fancy or wild. Everything was spotless. The beds were fairly firm but comfortable, and the pillows were soft without being just fluff. After a day out, we were ready for a shower and bed. The shower head was a little different, but the water pressure was great. The staff are friendly.

The elevators weren't running during my stay, and there was a strong sewage smell throughout the property. The room water smelled unpleasant, almost like stale cologne, which made the conditions uncomfortable. The staff were very kind and friendly, and I appreciated that, but the rest of the stay was disappointing.
