Quality Inn Colorado Springs Airport

The room was clean enough, but not especially clean, and it had a damp, musty smell. Breakfast was a joke: decaf was the only coffee, the watery powdered eggs had no taste and no salt or pepper, and the bread and bagels were stale. We only stayed one night. Our flight was delayed, so we got in late and found vomit right by the entrance. Nobody was available to clean it up, though hot water and bleach would've done the job. We nearly stepped in it. The place needs an upgrade.

The location wasn't too bad, though there were homeless people hanging around the parking lots. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice, and the pool was clean and warm. Housekeeping came into my room even though I'd asked them not to. Then the front desk called and woke me up asking me to leave, despite my having paid for two nights.

The fitness room was in rough shape. Neither the treadmill nor the elliptical worked, leaving just a recumbent bike to use. Sunday's breakfast was fine, though I would've liked a few more pastry options. The hotel itself was just okay.

Carla at the front desk took good care of us, including arranging our ride back to the airport. We picked this place at the last minute for our latest Colorado Springs trip and it worked out great. It's very clean and simple, with a snack shop and a decent breakfast. The location next to the airport and 7-11 was ideal. We'd definitely recommend it and stay again.
