Baymont by Wyndham Garden of the Gods/Colorado Springs

The location was the main downside. The hotel is tucked behind and between gas stations, fast food places, and other businesses, and it's smaller than most Baymont hotels we've stayed at. The room itself was really clean. Roxanne was great: she helped us add a day, sorted out bedding and keys, and checked that everything worked and was clean. She also put fresh towels out by the pool. Really good service.

The front desk woman was a gem. She was cheerful and helpful when I called to book, then checked us in when we arrived. Since I asked to see the room first, she walked there with us. She never made my family or me feel like a bother. The rooms were clean, the pool was fun, and the morning housekeeper on my floor greeted us with a smile and a good morning. I'm not sure why the reviews are so low. We'll definitely return when we're nearby. Thanks for giving our vacation such a happy start.

This was a last-minute booking from the car, and we're so glad we picked this hotel. Margaret was lovely at check-in, and the whole staff was friendly. We stayed at several other hotels on this vacation, but this was the best, with an amazing price to match. Our room was spacious, clean, and felt like home. The kids had fun in the pool, and the location worked perfectly for everything we had planned. We'll recommend it and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel, which had plenty to offer. The free breakfast is on the small side, and I wasn't a fan, though my family didn't mind it. There aren't eggs or freshly prepared food, just egg muffins, pancakes, yogurt, and drinks. You can get to the pool directly from the lobby.
