Homewood Suites By Hilton Viera Melbourne

We were only here for one night before our cruise. The staff were great and let us check in a little early, and the location was handy, with restaurants and a CVS pharmacy within walking distance and a mall nearby. But my husband found and killed a cockroach hiding under the bed. It was terrifying for me. The floor tiles were peeling, too. The rooms look spacious and beautiful, but clearly there’s a lot of work to do.

We enjoyed the amenities, food, and service, but the bedroom we were given was unacceptable. The photos show how poorly guests are being treated. My husband tripped, and we had to deal with floor vinyl held down with tape. We liked everything else about the hotel, but make sure you ask for a decent room.

The kitchen had cups, plates, bowls, and utensils, and the rooms are really spacious. Mine was clean, and most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. The vinyl floor tiles were peeling up, which was distracting, and they stuck to my shoes. I told the front desk two days ago that my shower gel was empty and asked housekeeping to refill it. It’s still empty. We lived in Viera while this hotel was being built, so it’s still brand new as of this post.

The room was beautiful, and the staff were great. Breakfast was plentiful and good. We had an amazing stay, and I’d recommend Homewood Suites to anyone wanting a wonderful home away from home. Thanks for the memories!
