They’re rude, fix nothing in the rooms, and wouldn’t work with us over $5 during the eight months we were there. They only accepted cash. I heard that might be because they’re operating under the table and don’t want the government to know what they’re getting, but that’s only what I heard. I’d choose the streets over staying here.
I stayed there for a while and found it quiet, with reasonable, clean rooms. It’s right off the highway, surrounded by stores and fast food places. They found a room that worked for my children, so it was kid friendly for us.
The bed’s hard, but the AC works, the showers get really hot, and both the TV and Wi-Fi work. There’s a small laundry room, though only one person can use it at a time. It’s affordable and tucked away near the highway. I like it.
It’s a very quiet, respectable place, and there’s good shopping nearby. We’re staying by the week, and the rate is great for a room this size. Housekeeping is required, along with some other posted rules, and the plumbing is below average. The service has been great, though. I assume the people checking us in are the owners or managers, and they’ve been very nice. They’re strict but reasonable. Definitely not a party place. 👌
The ladies in the office have been rude and unpleasant to deal with, especially for those of us staying here for a longer stretch. That attitude really puts me off. I know this isn’t the Hilton, but basic kindness and customer service matter. If they don’t like dealing with people, maybe this isn’t the right business for them.
