A handy little place a couple of blocks from Ocean Ave, the main shopping and dining street. We had a clean, spacious premium room with a jet tub. The tub was okay, though the jets were really loud, first-world problems. The free cookies were delicious, and they have discount deals with a range of restaurants, including nice ones like The Pocket.

We had a lovely big suite with a jacuzzi tub, a huge comfy bed, and a cozy fireplace. The location is handy for shops and restaurants, and reception gave us free drinks and cookies every day. They also gave us metal water bottles to use and keep. Service was fantastic. Carmel is stunning and worth a visit if you’ve never been. Try the e-bike tour around town and the Pebble Beach area! ☀️👌🏼

I stayed here a couple of nights ago for the legends of Monterey Jazz Gala, and it was terrific. The place had that cute, stylish Carmel feel, plenty of fireplaces, a warm camaraderie, and a nice breakfast. It’s a couple of blocks from Carmel Beach, just down from Fort teens jewelry.

The rooms are roomy, very clean, and more current than some B&Bs. Staff were really kind and went out of their way to help with a couple of small requests. I also liked having a filtered water station on site, so there weren’t plastic bottles in the rooms, and the warm cookies from Santa Cruz were delicious. Parking is included. The location is perfect, right downtown and walkable to everything. I’ll definitely be back.

I called the front desk with a simple question and tried to work out a solution politely. She kept interrupting, then loudly shut me down. She was super rude, so I hung up. I won’t let anyone talk to me like that.
