The location worked really well, close to attractions and public transport. My room was roomy and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. 🙏🏻

Every time I stay here, Gabby is professional, attentive, and on top of the details. She’s always willing to help, and her positive attitude makes guests feel welcome. I really appreciate her hospitality. She’s a real asset to the hotel.

I travel for business often and have stayed at other Home2 Suites, so I knew what to expect from the amenities. This hotel is clean and well cared for, though my room was starting to show some wear. I mentioned a few minor maintenance issues at checkout, but none seem worth repeating here. I hadn’t expected an adjoining room. If I’d known they had them, I would have asked for one without a connecting door. I didn’t feel unsafe, though. It was quiet despite many guests who seemed to be traveling tradespeople. Breakfast got quite busy.

We stayed one night during the week of November 24th, 2025, and it was a big mistake. At 11:30 PM, the same night-shift front desk worker texted my phone to ask how our stay was. That’s far too late for a hotel check-in by text when people are trying to rest. The barking dog one room over was the least of my concerns, though earplugs would help. When we arrived, the younger woman at the desk spoke in a condescending, disrespectful way. After we said we were in town for the holiday week, she tried to put down our plans and dampen our excitement. She also openly mocked my 13-year-old child’s clothing. Completely unacceptable. The shower floor was filthy, like it hadn’t been scrubbed in ages. We had to put towels down just to stand in it. Bring shower shoes if you stay. Breakfast closed before its posted time, too. The reply to my feedback has not changed my mind. I will never stay at this hotel or this brand again. The ownership here has tainted my view of the Home2Suites brand by Hilton. Three family members who swam in your pool came down with the flu within 24 hours. Poor service, poor cleanliness, and no professionalism.
