We had no choice but to stay because they wouldn't refund our money and we couldn't get another room. This morning my four-month-old is having trouble breathing, with respiratory issues from the musty, moldy smell in the room. I have to wait until Monday to speak with a manager about getting a refund. The person I spoke to today was understanding and said I could talk to a manager Monday, since he wasn't there when we checked in yesterday. I hope I can get something back. The first room was disgusting. The microwave was rusted inside and out, the fridge looked flood-damaged and rusty, and there were stains on the bed and rust on nearly everything. It smelled musty. I asked the front desk to inspect it so we could get another room, but she just said the rust was fine. It wasn't, and neither was that dirty room for $100. The second room wasn't much better: black bathtub, holes in the bathroom wall, and a toilet that looked like it had never been cleaned.

The location is great and the service was good, but the front desk was a mess. The hotel smelled bad, and our room was filthy. Construction outside and the beeping all night were awful, though those things were beyond their control.

The manager refunded us and let us take our business elsewhere, which was the one good thing. Getting to the building was awful because of the roadway construction, and there was no breakfast despite the listing advertising it. The hotel was extremely disappointing and needs a complete rehab. It feels depressing. I wouldn't recommend it.
