Jocelyn is an absolute sweetheart. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is great, and the welcome made me feel like I was coming home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The manager arranged a wheelchair-accessible first-floor room for us while my husband was having daily radiation treatments at the nearby cancer clinic. The bathroom had plenty of grab bars, and the walk-in shower had a seat. We stayed four nights and had a great visit, with no issues.

At other locations in this chain where I’ve stayed, they had utensils and cookware. This one doesn’t, and when I asked the front desk, they said they wouldn’t provide them to customers. In the mornings, the coffee station was empty and the coffee was room temperature.

A lovely place to stay: clean, comfortable and affordable, with very nice in-room amenities. The staff were superb, and they accept pets too! 🐕🐈

I had to relocate from California to Nevada for work without knowing much about this place, and I ended up staying here for a month. It exceeded my expectations for a motel, and I loved my stay. Courtney, Shaun and Marissa were helpful and knowledgeable, while Ravi GM helped me get a better deal. The staff made me feel welcome, and my room was clean and comfortable. Don’t judge it by the name, this place exceeded what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
