The location is great and there’s an airport shuttle, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The room seemed clean until I pulled the plastic liner from the only trash can and it smelled like vomit. Safety is a bigger concern. They gave my mom a room key without checking ID, and revalidated mine when I gave only a room number. At checkout around 4 a.m., someone who appeared to be unhoused was asleep in the breakfast area. I wonder how they got in, since entry is supposedly secured after a certain time. During our two-day stay the front desk staff were hardly ever present. Even when they could see people waiting at the desk on security cameras, they stayed in a back office. Most staff seemed to be outside smoking or hiding. There was no bar soap in the room; I found some by searching near the snack bar. The bar wasn’t restocked, just boxes of soda and cases of water left out. Nobody offered the Diamond status snack or drink at check-in, and they hadn’t checked room occupants’ IDs anyway. The gym has a Peloton bike with no subscription, and only clip-in pedals, so you need your own cycling shoes to use it. The screen asked for subscription information. There are no room microwaves; the one downstairs by the snack area was disgustingly dirty. Unsafe, and I’d never recommend it.

The elevators are working again, yay. I’m six days into the stay and it’s been quiet and relaxing. The guy and lady who are usually here are super nice, and we say good morning to each other. The housekeeper is sweet too, and cleans the room when asked instead of invading my privacy. I just wish breakfast had more choices, but it’s free, so I can’t complain.

It’s a nice, clean place and doesn’t feel outdated. The staff were friendly, and I’d stay again. One elevator had a really strong pot smell, though. Also, some entry and exit doors were propped open with big rocks, which didn’t feel safe. Nobody seemed to be making frequent trips in and out to justify leaving them open, so I kicked the rocks away whenever we went through.

The room felt unfinished, and I’m unsure whether I’d stay again. The bathroom in our accessible room was missing an important grab bar for getting in and out of the tub, which didn’t feel safe. There was no hand soap at the sink, and the hallways needed vacuuming. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is well located for the airport. The digital key wasn’t available in the app, so we still had to go to the desk. The TV hadn’t been configured, and a cable pop-up across the top of the screen every minute made watching anything annoying. Staff were friendly, but other hotels nearby may be more put together.

The rooms were mostly clean, but there weren’t enough towels for our family of four, and there were no towels in the pool area. The smell of weed hit as soon as you got off the elevator, even in the non-smoking sections. Fine for a quick night, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer.
