The rooms smelled bad and weren’t kept up, and the staff was horrible. The supposed 7am breakfast wasn’t really there. I took photos at 7am and sent them to orbitz, but even at 8am the pan hadn’t been touched. All there was to begin with were dried-out scraps of scrambled eggs. The establishment’s response was a poor lie. Pictures don’t lie. Drive a little farther and save a lot, stay away from this place. Just a horrible holiday experience.

The sheets and bed were clean, and the pillows were great, but my husband and I are still sore from sleeping there. Honestly, I might have been better off in my truck bed. The furniture had seen better days, and the bathroom had issues too: the toilet moved a lot, the tub had a very noticeable patch, and the water pressure was weak, though the water was hot. The outlet by the sink didn’t work, so the blow dryer couldn’t be moved to another outlet. At least the room was clean, the service was nice, and the parking lot was well lit.

We had a great experience overall. The owners were very friendly, and the room was really clean.

After our seven-hour drive, we arrived around 8:30 pm, tired and in town for a funeral. The gentleman who helped us took my id and pointed us to the room without saying much. Inside, there was a huge bubble in the ceiling from what was clearly a leak, coffee stains all over the bathroom, a pony tail and a kid toy by the TV, and stuff in the drawers. It felt like they’d only made the bed and hadn’t wiped anything down. Around midnight, the fire alarm went off and woke us up. Breakfast was another letdown: when we came down at 7:50, a big group of bikers had eaten everything. Another guest asked for more eggs and sausage, but was told that was all. We were there for 12 hours, and it wasn’t worth it. The people were decent, but the room itself was not.
