My husband and I found this place while traveling for work. We expected good value, but the room was massive, comfortable, and welcoming, and the hot tub was a big bonus. The complimentary breakfast was delicious too. The receptionist was so sweet and friendly. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely stay again.

We got in after midnight, and the girl who checked us in was cheerful and friendly. I loved staying here. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. My room had plenty of towels, a coffee pot, full-size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus a refrigerator, microwave, and even a small safe. I'll definitely be back soon.

The complimentary breakfast was substantial and a welcome extra, especially for such a reasonable room price. The Orchard Hotel in Ukiah is roomy, very clean, and conveniently located, so it's a comfortable stop and great value. Service stood out too. At check-in, the young lady at the front desk was handling a small issue with another guest, but still greeted me right away with a warm smile and let me know she'd be with me shortly. She managed both smoothly and made me feel noticed. You don't come across this kind of value often anymore. For a clean, spacious hotel with a handy location, friendly service, and a great free breakfast, I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone traveling through. A solid 10 out of 10, you get much more than you pay for.

The only hitch was the $40.00 early check-in fee for a little over an hour. We were in town early for a family function and hoped to check in before going, but passed on the fee and checked in afterward. Otherwise, the location just off 101 was convenient, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the TV huge. Breakfast was great and the staff made us feel welcome.

We pulled over for an hour to get some rest, and everything worked out well. Check-in was quick and easy, service was good, and the room was clean. The hot water was ready without a wait. The king bed was comfy with plenty of pillows, and I got a bottom-floor room. The heater worked very well in the cold weather. Right off 101, so it was easy to find.
