We only stayed because the room was nonrefundable. Checking out was a mess too, because nobody was there. The whole experience was awful, and I think management had a good way of keeping our money when we'd otherwise have wanted a refund. The outside was risky to drive through. There were so many potholes that we nearly had an accident going around a corner while trying to avoid one, as someone else came flying around it. Inside, the rooms looked newly remodeled but still weren't clean. Dead bugs were on the floor, and there was hair in the sink and on the supposedly clean towels. We showered at a friend's house. The mattress was so hard we slept poorly. They say no animals, but cats were everywhere, and the breezeways smelled of cat urine. Our sons' room had a terrible odor; ours smelled of stale cigarettes, and sometimes weed. These felt more like small apartments than hotel rooms, with people living there rather than just passing through.

The kitchenette made a longer stay feel more convenient and homey, and the room had everything I needed. It was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful when I needed something, and the property was generally quiet. Stores and nearby places were easy to get to. For the price, it was a good value for an extended stay. My room met expectations, and I'd recommend the Efficiency Lodge.

I stayed two weeks while my apartment was being remodeled. The rooms are bigger than most, and restaurants are close enough to walk to. The location is ideal, just off I-75, with shopping nearby in Cartersville. Service is no frills, and I had to wash my own linens.

It's pet friendly, safe, quiet, and convenient to everything, and somehow there are no pests. The long-term guests are nice and respectful of others, and they don't tolerate nonsense. The manager is so conscientious about every detail and really cares about the property. I've seen reviews mentioning problems that simply aren't true. This is a pleasant, clean, economical place to stay.

I had no issue with management, and Alicia was great. The rooms were clean. My problem was with Stephanie, an employee there. I was told by several people who stay there that she tried to get with my man a couple of times while I was at work. I don't get why it has to ge.
