Breakfast was ready early, around 5:30, and the room was nice for the price. The TV didn’t have a remote, but otherwise I had no complaints.

The front desk attendant greeted me warmly, and the stay was good overall. The room was fine, though the shower dispensers were out of both shampoo and shower gel.

I’d come back to this location. The room was clean and nice, it was quiet, and there’s a pond out back. The front desk staff were consistently welcoming and the customer service was great. Breakfast was really good, especially the waffle, and this was the first Best Western I’ve visited that served bacon. I wish they all did. I also thought the ceiling fan in the room was a cool touch. The stained comforter had tears and holes, and the sheets had stains too, so that kept me from giving five stars.

We had a large, clean room with a shower that had good pressure and plenty of hot water. We were on the top floor, so no one was above us, and we didn’t hear the neighbors through the walls either. The TV didn’t work at first, possibly because of recent storms, but a front desk staff member came up and reset it, and then it worked. Everyone was very nice. They brought extra towels when we went to the pool and recommended a nearby restaurant when we asked where to eat. I’d recommend this hotel.
