The early morning airport shuttle was perfect, and the employees were great: friendly and helpful. The rest of the place was lacking. Our room and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. The hallway carpet was lumpy, maybe from repeated cleaning to get rid of the smell, or maybe flooding. Who knows. We’ve got our bags quarantined in the garage now to get the smoke smell and anything else off them. It’s cheap and convenient, but that’s about it.

The price was reasonable and the location was great, so I’m disappointed, especially after the good reviews. The rooms are cute, the AC works, and there’s a high-top kitchenette. It may seem small, but when I leave home I like to bring home with me. All the TVs say they’re “not compatible” with Fire Sticks. They have HDMI inputs, but no checkbox to accept the terms and conditions. Everywhere has Wi-Fi, and most TVs work with Fire Sticks, so I wish I’d known. Maybe the hotel is outdated. The strong incense smell hit as soon as we walked in, and the carpet was poorly put together. I know it’s not the staff’s fault, but the network or the hotel’s. The toilets feel very 1990s: you have to hold the handle until everything goes down, the tank takes forever to refill, and I ended up filling the toilet so I could use it. The place just seems cheap and like it’s there to get by and get paid. We won’t stay at a Country Inn and suites again.

Friendly service, clean room, easy access, and a good breakfast. There was a little airport noise, but that comes with staying so close.

I’d stay here again. The free shuttle to the airport lets you leave your car at the hotel, which I really liked. It’s a half mile from the airport, so some plane noise is to be expected. My spacious king room had a large counter with a sink, a big dorm fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and about average in size, and the rooms were clean too. Great location.
