Courtyard Raleigh Durham Airport Morrisville

Getting to the airport is easy from here, and the shuttle is a real plus. Check-in went quickly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It's comfortable and convenient, with great service. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable airport hotel.

We left our vehicle there, and booking was very straightforward. The shuttle was good, too, and the staff were awesome. Everything was very clean. The sink and tub in room 301 were the only things that gave us a bit of trouble.

Our flight was canceled right after Christina dropped us at the airport early in the morning. We called the hotel, and she was already on another shuttle run with passengers but said she'd come get us. She brought us back and let us use our room again until checkout, while Mindy helped check us back in. We'd driven to RDU the night before our vacation, and after the cancellation we were pretty frazzled. They gave us somewhere to regroup and were so kind through it all. It felt good to know someone had our back. Thank you, ladies. You've earned our loyalty, and we'll tell others about your hospitality.

The rooms were ready when we arrived, clean, and stocked with what we needed. Everyone we met was kind, and nobody was rude. Sonesta is one of the best places I've worked with, and I felt like they really put themselves in their customers' shoes and put us first. Mindy made a huge difference from the first call. She was hands-on and went out of her way to connect me with people for catering and other needs. The staff also let us use the meeting room to prepare for our event and put fresh coffee on for us while we pulled all-nighters. I also want to recognize Ms. Angela Smith. She helped get us ready for our room, then went out of her way to share her faith and follow what she felt called to do. Her kindness blessed my family in ways she may not even know. I'm grateful, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Raleigh.
