Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites

Ray at the front desk made us feel welcome right away and was courteous and professional throughout. Our clean, comfortable king pet-friendly room on the 4th floor was quiet, and everything worked as it should. The two elevators made getting around quick, and the well-lit parking lot had lots of space. The hotel felt safe and was convenient to I-25. We had a tasty breakfast before leaving, with a decent mix of hot and cold items in a clean, spacious area. We stayed one night in September 2025 while traveling with our small dog, and enjoyed it a lot. We appreciate you, Ray, and look forward to returning and recommending the hotel.

The room was huge, and the beds and pillows were super comfy. My refrigerator wasn't working, but they offered to move us or send maintenance. I was tired from a long drive and already settled in, so they brought up a replacement fridge right away. The stay was great otherwise, though I was disappointed by the breakfast sausage. It looked boiled, and sausage should be browned.

That was the worst hotel breakfast I've had. The waffle station looked visibly dirty, the pancakes were hard and crunchy, and the scrambled eggs were runny and undercooked. I was extremely disappointed with the food quality and hygiene. It was unacceptable and far below hotel standards.

So new and clean, with an awesome breakfast. Best roadside hotel we've stayed at so far.
