Hilton Garden Inn Casper

The steak I ordered was cooked just right, but the mixed vegetables were the best thing on the plate. The restaurant was delicious, and the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly. Our room was clean and welcoming, so it was a great experience.

The staff were helpful and really friendly, and it was easy to find the hotel and parking. We came in the back entrance and the elevator was right there, which was handy since our room was on the third floor. The room was mostly clean, though there was a bottle cap and an earbud lying out on the floor. I’d have expected the vacuum or housekeeping to catch those. I didn’t like the thermostat either. In December the room felt cold, so we set it to 72, but it kept heating up, switching to AC, then going back to the furnace all night. We went from freezing to comfortable and back again. We only stayed one night, so maybe there’s a way to stop it, but I don’t know what it is.

We usually stay here when passing through, but this visit wasn’t good. The bed had been made, though I can’t say whether the sheets were clean. There was leftover food in the fridge, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, and, worst of all, there was still poop in the toilet.

We spent about two weeks here in July 2025 in a king suite, and every person we dealt with was wonderful, from check-in to the housekeeping staff to the breakfast attendant. It was hands-down one of our best stays, and we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. Keep shining! 🫶🏻💫 Veronica -Denise -Lola🐾 The dog treat bags were adorable too, 10/10.
