Quality Inn & Suites Casper near Event Center

Everyone we met was kind and helpful, and they treated us really well. The room was excellent. Best of all, the pillow-top bed was actually soft for once, not a rock-hard mattress.

For the price, I’d gladly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and breakfast was very good for a hotel continental spread.

The room was clean and well appointed, the amenities were great, and the service was pleasant and professional. My one complaint is the $50 per night pet fee, which feels ridiculous, especially for a Choice Privileges member. There were no extras to justify it, like a treat basket or pet supplies, and the so-called pet area had no station or poop bags. It was covered in dog mess, apparently not cleaned by staff, so watch your step if you take your pet out after dark. The fee plus tax was half the room price. Maybe I’m biased because my dog is only 15 lbs, and you wouldn’t have known she’d been in the room after we left, but with a legitimate reason for that charge this could have been a five-star stay.

The room was nice and clean, but the pet charge is $50 every day with no exceptions, because that’s what the owner requires. If you’re traveling with a dog and don’t want that added to your daily bill, don’t stay here. We switched to the Red Lion in Casper, which was cheaper, just as nice, and charged one $25 pet fee for the rest of our stay.
