After 14 hours of driving, we found out the room Expedia advertised for our family of six, two queens plus a pullout sofa, only had two queens. The front desk showed no empathy, blamed Expedia for often listing rooms incorrectly, and offered a rollaway bed. We’d already paid, and she said she couldn’t refund us. The rest of the stay didn’t help: two of the three treadmills were broken, the equipment was old and poorly maintained, and the indoor pool was freezing in February in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Breakfast was cold too, with runny eggs and oatmeal. Expedia only offered a $25 credit for a future stay, which doesn’t make up for the discomfort and wasted time. This place doesn’t seem to have the Hilton brand’s best interests in mind. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We felt unsafe and barely got any rest. The water never got hot in our room or the hot tub, and a creepy older woman kept her door cracked all night and rushed out at us whenever we returned to our room. Kids under 8, but at least 2, were screaming, running through the halls, and slamming doors until about 10:45 p.m. At the pool they were unsupervised and kept getting into the hot tub while their parents or whoever was with them sat at the other end. After about half an hour, one of the parents came over and pulled a girl onto his lap, then started humping her in front of us and the kids. We left then. Some of the same kids were screaming again at breakfast. I’ll probably cancel the upcoming booking I already made at this location.

I’ve marked this place as a favorite in the Hilton app. The staff are great and the rooms have always been good. There’s a restaurant within walking distance, a beer store nearby, and the Hard Rock casino is right across the street. Must stay!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and really nice. It was fully booked, but the noise stayed pretty low. I enjoyed my stay, thanks!

Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, though the elevator floors were sticky.
