We had a nice view from the room, comfortable enough beds, and plenty of counter space around the sink. The TV was small but adequate. Still, the breakfast was underwhelming, so we skipped it, and there was so much frost in the fridge freezer that we couldn’t use that section. The parking spaces seemed made for small cars, and our large truck barely fit. We also had inconsiderate neighbors, several young guys sharing two rooms, who kept going in and out and slamming doors late into the night. We didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. The place really needs doors that don’t slam. Three stars feels fair.

We’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and it’s a wonderful place to stay. The remodeling looks beautiful, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, and the staff are accommodating. We can bring our small dog and children without worrying about what might get destroyed or what people will think. It’s very close to the Festival, and walking is quicker than driving. I took off one star because the beds feel a little hard to us. There are lots of pillows, but we’re used to a pillow-top mattress. The pipes are old too: flushing the toilet can make the shower water scalding. Just a few quirks.

We’ll come back to this restful place. The decor is soothing after a long trip, and the pool was just the right temperature without being overloaded with chemicals like some pools are. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they fixed problems quickly with a smile. I liked the little detail of the bathroom fan switch above the toilet roll. It’s convenient for restaurants and other places we wanted to go, and it was nice to find restaurant coupons and activity brochures in the lobby. The free breakfast had lovely surroundings, and I liked the small waffles and fresh fruit.

Our family of five appreciated having a roomy space, with a half divider, a walk-in closet where people could change, and a table and chairs outside that we used several times. The room had a stand fan, which we relied on constantly to cool things down and help dry them out. The bathroom had no fan, so it stayed damp. Breakfast was a little below average. The pool was small, but my kids had fun in it.

It’s a quiet spot off the main street, not far from the highway and closer to downtown Cedar City. The property is large and well run, and our room cost just $80. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of our whole trip. Parking right outside the room made loading and unloading easy, and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was free and started early, around 6 or 6:30, which suited us since we wanted to get back on the road quickly. There’s also a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. We’ll stay here again.
