Breakfast was absolutely amazing, nice going, you guys! I stayed here with my son on 1/26/26, after specifically switching over from the La Quinta Inn. The staff were super friendly to both of us. It's an older hotel with really nice upgrades, and the rooms were in amazing shape. Everything felt clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

Avoid booking here. In Feb.2026, the online reservation system had been hacked. After I changed the date and then cancelled because my plans changed, the system improperly made two reservations. The hack also led to malware emails about the reservation and its release. The original booking was then charged as a no-show, and the hotel refused to credit me. Best Western customer relations acknowledged the system errors and contacted the hotel, which is a franchise, to arrange a credit. The hotel still refused. When I called myself, they wouldn't let me speak with a manager and said Best Western customer relations had never contacted them, which was false. They were deceitful and rude. There are plenty of other hotels in Cedar City UT. I'd suggest choosing an honest place that cares about customer service.

I really liked the gong they have to get the front desk folks' attention when they're working in the back. It's a nice extra touch. The gentleman at the desk checked me in without a hitch and even suggested a Thai restaurant for dinner; it was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, and I had a great stay. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

The back patio and sitting area were a dream, with live music and a beautiful community garden. After long workdays, it was such a peaceful place to unwind, one of the best outdoor spaces I've experienced at a hotel. I can't wait to come back. The staff were outstanding and made me feel welcome. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the king bed had plenty of pillows to choose from. I didn't have cash to tip housekeeping, so a Venmo or other digital tipping option would be a helpful addition. Kristina went above and beyond to make sure the person who cleaned my room still got the tip, which I really appreciated.

I lost over $500 over a simple booking mistake, and they wouldn't fix it or refund me. I thought I'd booked two queen beds, but it turned out to be a king room. When I called, the woman was extremely rude and refused to help because I'd booked through Expedia. Horrible hotel. They make no accommodations, so don't book here.
