Sleep Inn

The hotel has been clean and cozy, and it’s newly renovated. The location is great for exploring the area. We’ve only been staying at the Sleep Inn for a few days, but the staff have been fantastic from the moment we walked in. They greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel at home. They keep checking whether we’re comfortable and have everything we need, and go out of their way to help. The whole team is awesome. Highly recommend!

The room’s tub was full of water from a leak, and neither the TV nor the internet worked. We couldn’t cast our phones to the TV either. Someone came up, plugged and unplugged things, said no one else was having the issue, and said they’d submit a maintenance request. We asked to switch rooms or get a refund and leave, but were told we had to wait until the manager came on duty in the morning. Nothing was fixed or done, and it was a very disappointing stay. We were also told when we arrived that the elevators weren’t working, and our room was on the second floor. That was disappointing, but we managed since we’re fortunately able-bodied enough to do so.

The breakfast was really nice, and both the property and my room were clean. The staff were on point, and the bed was fluffy with great pillows. Compared with the old days here, the Sleep Inn has come a long way. My stay was phenomenal, definitely a five.

I’ve been here on business for over a month, and it’s nicely renovated, private, and clean. With the new management, the place has a good vibe. Everyone is helpful, and management moves quickly to resolve issues and help. It feels safe, with police presence. My wife works nights and has never had a problem coming and going.
