Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park North Austin

Alan, the night manager, was extremely attentive to our needs during our Christmas holiday stay, and we appreciated it a lot. We had a king room on the first floor that was ADA accessible. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom lighting was especially bright. We also liked the sliding closet and bathroom door, the electric shades, and the breakfast buffet staying open until 10am instead of 9am like at many hotels. The lobby decor and seating areas were appealing, along with many other features. This is the finest hotel or motel we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve booked Hampton Inns in other cities since that stay and plan to keep doing so.

I stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park often, and it’s consistently clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Alan at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, while Morgan, the manager, goes out of the way to make sure things are right. The rest of the team works hard to make guests feel welcome. I enjoy coming back and highly recommend it.

Logan welcomed me at check-in with great local suggestions, and his dinner recommendations were spot on. Morgan checked in by text during the stay and handled my requests with real kindness and grace. Angela had prepared my room, and it was spotless, with clear care taken over the details. I travel extensively for work and have already spent more than 150 nights at Hilton properties in 2025. By year’s end, I’ll be past 160 nights across over 50 Hilton properties, and this hotel stands out as the cleanest, best maintained, and most graciously staffed. The whole team showed warmth and pride in their work. I was so impressed that I stopped at the front desk to say so. My next trip to Austin will bring me back here.

For the past couple of months we’ve been working around Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, and Liberty Hill, so being centrally located to our work areas mattered. As Hilton Honors members, we found Hampton Cedar Park North to be in just the right spot. The rooms turned out to be great, and the staff have been professional throughout. From day one, Alan, Logan, and Kiera greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. The rest of the team has been professional too.
