The hotel itself is beautiful and huge, with a waterfall by the elevator that makes a great first impression. The rooms looked simple, modern, and nice, which had me excited to stay after seeing the online photos. But they didn't match the hotel's appearance for cleanliness. My room wasn't ready at the expected check-in time, so I had to leave and kill an hour. The service around that was poor, with no apology or sympathy. When I returned, the bed wasn't made and the pillows were turned sideways. I didn't feel comfortable putting my head on pillows that looked unwashed, so I used a blanket from my car. There was hair, including pubic hair, in the bathroom and shower. The bathroom had no garbage can, and the living room can had trash in it and no liner. Maybe one lazy worker missed the cleaning, but based on this stay I won't return.

Lisa at the front desk was amazing. She handled the desk while cleaning rooms, went above and beyond, and still met every expectation. Her work ethic impressed me, and she made our stay better than we could have expected. The hotel should give her a raise. Thanks, Lisa.

My husband has been staying here for a couple of weeks, and he hasn't been disappointed. The kids love the hotel's atmosphere when we come visit for a few days at a time, and the staff are kind and attentive with our wild crew. Breakfast is simple and good, with wonderful service. The pool and hot tub are clean and have plenty of towels. We're happy with the spacious rooms and the clean, cozy surroundings, and we'd keep coming back.

Radisson is being remodeled, with roomy spaces and old decor for now. The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the price was good. Toilets were very low. There's a large pool, a small hot tub, and a hot breakfast. The location was good, and there's also a bar and restaurant. We went to The Blind Pig, about two miles away, and it was very good.

Leo put together a great breakfast buffet, and it was fun chatting with him. We had a very nice room for our two-night stay, with lots of space and a fresh remodel. The pool and hot tub were great. I can't wait to see Radisson once the renovation is finished.
