The Inn at Celebration, Autograph Collection

The hotel itself is lovely, but breakfast service at the restaurant was terrible. We waited nearly an hour, asked about our food, and waited some more, with no coffee refill even after asking. Eventually the manager came out and apologized, saying the kitchen had lost a couple of tables' orders. We had to leave before our breakfast arrived. She offered a small restaurant credit for a future stay, but with the required resort fee we'd already paid for a modest restaurant credit, so the credit for this visit was useless to us. After we explained the service and the response to the hotel, they agreed to credit us an amount equal to that restaurant credit. They only offer valet parking, although there is plenty of safe, free street parking nearby.

Marianela and the housekeeping and turnover team kept our room absolutely spotless. The restaurant staff were wonderful too, and Carlos makes some of the best Old Fashioneds around. He was a real lifesaver more than once. At the front desk, Patricia and Xamira (X) were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. This Inn really sets the standard for an Autograph Collection property. We enjoyed the trip, and the service from the whole staff was second to none. Thanks to everyone for making it so enjoyable and memorable. We look forward to coming back.

This area is a beautiful, walkable town, with traditional neighborhood alley loaded homes. It looks absolutely PERFECT, especially for you urban planners out there. I've stayed here twice in different seasons, once on a weekday and once on a weekend, and both times the staff treated us like friends from the moment we walked in. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We can't wait to visit again, and I'd encourage anybody to stay at least once.

The grounds are beautiful, with a great path through the ponds, and the lobby and back patio look gorgeous. My king room had a grand feel and, as luck would have it, a great view. The place looks lovely inside and out, but you pay for that. There were some real letdowns. When I asked where to run or how long the boardwalk trails went, the front desk staff had no idea. Turns out the trails are lit all night and go for miles. There's no alarm clock, which is inconvenient, and at this price I expected one. The workout room is so cramped that the two of us using weights kept tripping over each other. That's a big minus for me. There's no pool either, and at this price I'd expect one. I found a juvenile German cockroach in my room, the infestation kind. They didn't apologize, and although I was told a manager would follow up, I never heard from them. It's a nice place in many ways, but I'm not sure it's worth the extra money.
