Romer's Westlake Hotel Villas

We’ve been lucky to have a long-term stay in these gorgeous Villas. They’re spacious, beautiful, relaxing, and have a wonderful view. Tracy is amazing, always smiling and working hard to see if guests need anything. She truly cares and goes out of her way to make the stay comfortable. Glen, the 24-hour on-site staff member, is fantastic too. He’s always busy, eager to fix things or show you how to use them, and unfailingly courteous. We can’t say enough about Romers West Lake Villas or the dedicated, caring staff. Tracy, Glen, Dylan, and everyone whose name we missed, thank you for all you do. Don’t hesitate to stay here, they won’t disappoint.

Tracy and the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. It turned out to be the perfect place to watch the eclipse. Now we’re thinking about coming back in summer for time at the lake. Staying here also has us reconsidering our usual hotel room, since we didn’t have to rent a whole home.

My husband and I loved being able to run around the lake every day. The staff were great, and the stay itself was good. The hotel/apartment has plenty of space, though it needs updating. The couch pull-out was terrible and not suitable for sleeping. The shower spray was so strong it actually hurt, and it pushed the curtain enough to leak every time someone showered. I like strong water pressure, but this was crazy. We’ll stay again because there aren’t many options in the area, though I’d love to see the units updated.

We arrived late on Saturday and found the room warm, clean, and comfortable. Getting in with the key was straightforward, and the instruction sheet made it easy to locate our room. There was plenty of parking, even with our boat in tow and the extra space we needed.
