We enjoyed the house's original hardwood floors, molding, and other architectural details, along with all the Irish decor and its interesting history. It’s an older family-run B&B, so getting to the second-floor rooms means several porch steps and a steep staircase, with no handrail. That was hard with arthritis, and the three rooms share one bathroom. Parking is one space plus street parking. Breakfast was our pick of bacon, eggs, a muffin, coffee, and juice, and it was delicious. We liked the place, but you need to manage the stairs.

The square, shops, and restaurants are close by, and the beds were super comfortable. Such a nice little B&B, with a lovely hostess and the sweetest dog. We'd definitely come back. -Mrs T Thomas
