Centralia Inn

We've been staying here for over a year. The new guy filling in at the front desk is the nicest and most respectful person I've met across this company and its other hotel, the chehalis oyo. If he can stay, I bet the place will get a lot more business. Even in the short time he's been here, business has picked up a lot. The regular guy, Sam I believe, is also a big improvement over the first guy and is doing a tremendous job getting the place back on track and making it a better hotel. Six out of five stars from us for the fill-in front desk guy.

We stayed despite finding roaches in the room and some mold on the bathroom wall. Then someone broke into my husband's truck and took all his tools and important paperwork, with the tools alone worth more than $1,000. Management kept ignoring the problem and wouldn't review the camera footage to help. After we raised it with the manager, he even disappeared for a couple of days. We weren't asking for much, considering what was stolen.

The shower got nice and hot, and the bathroom was nice. The room itself was good enough, though the TV was kind of small and the fridge only sort of kept things cold. Staff were super polite and friendly. I'd recommend it.

John took care of me and was so helpful, kind, and respectful. Since I arrived really late, he worked out a great rate for the night, which helped a lot. When I accidentally locked myself out early in the morning, they woke up to let me back into my room. I also slept past checkout a little, and they were forgiving because they knew I'd come off a long road trip and was exhausted. Centralia Inn was easily the best hotel experience I've had in this part of Washington. They were more than accommodating, had great amenities, and the price was better than anywhere else in town. Everything felt perfect, and I'm very grateful. I highly recommend staying here if you're nearby.
