I paid $164 for a room and was there only about six hours. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bed linens had what looked like a lot of dog hair. I arrived late Saturday during a snowstorm after booking two nights because I was working in healthcare, with a double shift the next day. Yelling and banging in the hallway woke me in the middle of the night, and I couldn't get back to sleep. At 4 a.m. I spotted a roach on the wall, then another in the hallway, and decided to pack up and leave. No one came to the front desk when I tried to return the key cards, so I had to call to reach someone. I canceled the second night but got a refund for only one night, so I lost half my money. The company should treat people better. The manager doesn't even return phone calls.
