I've been here about three months since relocating for work, and it has been a good temporary place while I get furniture sorted for a regular apartment. It's extremely convenient for MARTA. The office staff are accommodating, maintenance responds promptly, and there's a security guard on duty. I've had no bug problems and not much noise, and I haven't run into the criminal element I worried an Atlanta-area extended stay might have. The two real annoyances are thin walls, so neighbors can be heard, and a pretty uncomfortable bed with tough, noisy springs. A blanket over the mattress makes it comfortable enough, though. Those are minor issues for me.

The only small drawback was that monthly rates weren't available during the summer. Otherwise, it suited what I needed: the place was quiet, the surroundings looked good and were maintained, and the internet kept working. The front desk staff were professional and helpful, and had no trouble printing the documents I needed.

It was fine for a night or two and covered the basics. The grounds outside were maintained, the internet worked, and the staff were friendly.

There were cockroaches on the bed, and the room was really dirty.
