Parking was easy and close to the door, which helped us a lot. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. That bed was elite, I want to buy their comforter. My service dog and I nearly lost our lives this past week, and after my dog’s multiple surgeries we’re both facing a long recovery. We stayed here for a night to be close to the ICU. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. They offered to carry my luggage, moved us to a handicapped room, and let us stay a little past checkout since we had nowhere to go before our next check-in. I never explained what had happened, though maybe it showed. I believe in God because everything about this stay felt perfect. We travel like this almost daily, and this was one of our best stays. I’m so grateful to the staff, thank you for everything 💕

This place is a gem for business travel, and I’ll book again. There’s a full kitchen for a longer stay, and the hotel is right next to the mall. I won’t have time to visit it, but the location also makes it easy to reach restaurants without driving far, or even to walk. With temperatures over 100 degrees, I’ll be driving. At check-in, the service was amazing, which feels rare these days. He gave me cold bottled water and explained the complimentary evening wine, beer, and snacks, along with breakfast in the morning. The whole process was seamless, and I felt he genuinely appreciated my business.

The shower pressure was weak, and the furniture could use a little freshening up. Still, the bed was comfortable for the night, and the room had a good layout, plenty of seating, and a raised dining area that worked well. Breakfast had a range of options, including some healthy choices, which I appreciated. There’s also a gym that was great for a workout.

We had everything we needed within walking distance, and the hotel and pool were great. The staff were friendly, professional, and caring, especially Rav, who was so accommodating with our toddler and family. A wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

Everyone we dealt with had excellent service and a customer-focused manner. The hotel was clean and good value, with a kitchenette and a secured safe in every room. Breakfast was okay overall, though the choices could be a bit better. I’d stay again for the kitchenette and the good amenities.
