Besides the breakfast, this was a terrible place. I asked them to split the payment between my debit and credit cards, but they charged the full amount to both. My debit account went overdrawn, and I had to call to get it fixed. No one called back or apologized. They refunded the full amount to the credit card and left my bank account negative, even though splitting the charge was supposed to prevent that. Don't stay here.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel was good and clean. What bothered me was the parking charge. In the suburbs, that feels like a hidden fee instead of just including it in the rate. There were several sports teams staying over the weekend, and it got loud. I usually understand that kids will be kids, but the pool was very noisy and stayed open until 10 p.m. Staff wouldn't address it because it was still within pool hours.

One of the best rooms we've ever had, and we travel a lot. It was clean, roomy, comfortable, and seemed to have everything thought through. Probably one of Hilton's best. We'd definitely come back. The frustrating part was being rudely denied a late checkout when we asked as long-standing Hilton Honors members. The person at the front desk was quite rude. If members like us can't get a late checkout, what's the point?

The room was nice and clean, the service was good apart from the person working the night desk, and breakfast was better than most. The kitchen doesn't have a stove, but you can ask for a portable one. This would've been at least four stars for me if not for the parking fee. Hilton charges for parking at a big lot on the outskirts of the valley, where pretty much everyone arrives by car. This isn't an urban hotspot, and leaving parking out of the room rate is poor form.
