For a week and a half, we had to climb the stairs to our fourth-floor room several times a day because the elevator stayed broken. Doing that with four kids was really hard. Housekeeping was another hassle. They didn't clean unless we asked over and over, and when I asked for fresh towels and sheets, the staff acted annoyed, like we were bothering them. Once, the bed looked made, but the sheets seemed to be the same ones. For what we paid, the service and stay were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I was there for three weeks for work and got charged $20 more than anyone else in my company. They said they couldn't change the rate. The parking lot was full of trash, and the whole place smelled horrible, including the halls and rooms. The washers and dryers didn't work, the AC was bad in almost every room, and hot water took 30-45 minutes to come through. The lobby was always extremely hot, and half the TVs didn't work. If you work nights, don't expect anyone to ask whether you need sheets, towels, or anything else. I could keep listing problems all day. It's just disgusting.

We had a miserable stay as a family. The shower only got barely lukewarm, the elevator was broken, and there wasn't a grocery or convenience store. The phone in our room didn't work, so I had to go up and down the stairs from the fourth floor five times just to try to get towels and soap. There were none in the bathroom, and our fifth person needed sheets for the pull-out couch. When we asked, they gave us a couple of sheets but said there were no pillows or blankets because the hotel was "full," even though only a handful of cars were in the lot. There were no coffee supplies or hair dryer, and there was no breakfast on site, free or otherwise. These things were listed on the website and weren't provided. I wish I'd read the other reviews before booking. It's terrible.

I checked out a day early because I didn't want to spend another night there. The surrounding area felt unsafe, and the gate around the property wouldn't close. Inside, the lobby had no AC, the rooms weren't properly cleaned or secure, and there was no breakfast. The pictures are deceptive. Staff were nice, but the property didn't seem maintained. I've stayed in cheap truck stop motels that were in better shape. Don't spend your money here.
